Beaker Street 8-22-87

CLYDE ON-DEMAND: Listen to an MP3 recording of this show from Kenneth Hawkins’ Drop Box account by clicking below:

Hour 1 Hour 3 (and part of Hour Four)

Originally Aired on KZ-95 (KZLR 94.9 FM; Pine Bluff- Little Rock Arkansas)

Host: Clyde Clifford

Incidental Music: Head “Cannabis Sativa”

ARCHIVIST’S NOTE: I am very grateful that this show from the early days of the Beaker Street Mark II Era (The KZLR-KMJX-KKPT Era, 1987-2011). As you will hear, this is not a complete audio document. Clyde talked about knowing that many listeners were recording these show to send to their friends in more distant locations-obviously FM broadcast signals do not travel as far as AM ones- especially the mighty KAAY 50,000 watt signal. I am hoping that at least a few of these tapes from this era have survived and will somehow find their way onto the internet so we can get a more complete picture.

Don’t let the fact that this isn’t a complete show stop you from listening. It’s a great one!
